Here at Sell R Timeshare, we are an aggressive team of professionals with decades of combined experience in the sale and rentals of resort properties around the world.  We utilize the same principle of selling your Timeshare that sold you your Timeshare.  We have the cheapest rental's on the web or anywhere else.  Based on these rental's, prospective buyers go to the resort on a seven day vacation, and as you know the resort will offer a free incentive to the renters to go on a 90 minute Timeshare sales presentation.  They will get to see all the amenities that your resort has to offer, then they will give them a bottom line price.  We let them know before hand that if they like what they see then politely tell the salesperson you want a few days to think about it and at that point we just beat there price!  It's a very simple principle that the whole timeshare industry has been founded on for over 30 years.  That's why we are truly what everyone else only claims to be, we are the most effective way to sell your timeshare.

We work on an inventory need basis only so all properties will not be excepted unless approved by Senior Sales Agents.  We do this to keep the length of the sale to a minimum.  Our Sales Agents are only allowed to handle 15 properties per quarter, and they must sell 1 to take another property on to their inventory so you get personalized 1-1 service with an agent that will be there from the very beginning of the sale to the end when you receive your cashier's check from the closing company.
